1. The single jersey series adopts a 2-track or 4-track cam design, which is easy to operate, high-precision, and Lycra-installable. The machine can be equipped with a single tubular frame, open-width frame, or high-leg model.
2. The advanced oil-based frame makes the machine quieter, reduces gear wear, and thus extends the machine's lifespan. In addition, the linear bearings help reduce the machine load, allowing for operation at higher RPMs.
3. In addition to high-quality plain single-sided knitted fabrics, more patterned fabrics can be woven through the interchangeability of knitting cams, pleating cams, and miss cams, such as floating knitting, double-faced fleece, pique, twill, lace fabrics, spandex fabrics, and fine specifications up to 44 gauge.
4. By replacing relevant accessories and parts to apply conversion kits, the machine can be easily converted to a single-loop terry structure or a 3-thread fleece fabric structure. -
