1. Interlock rib circular knitting machines produce high-quality, finely knitted rib and interlock structures, widely used for mass production of soft and comfortable underwear fabrics.
2. Interlock rib machines knit all double jersey structures with up to four stitches. The range of fabrics it produces is very wide: for ribs and interlocks alone, the machine knits gauges from 10 to 28. For interlocks, there are fabrics with heights up to 5 mm. For double-faced fabrics, the knitter can work with or without laid-in yarns.
3. With interchangeable cams and designs, the interlock rib machine frame can be converted into an interlock machine. More importantly, by changing the cam arrangement and needles, it can knit double-ended knits, plating, ribs, half cardigans, pleated corrugations, foam fabrics, cross tubular, and double-faced and Milan ribs.
4. The DTD-R/2.0F is a (2 4) track model with rib (12 ~ 22g)/interlock (20 ~ 28g) dual functionality. It is capable of producing basic rib structures such as 1X1, 2X2 ribs, and adding plated elastic yarns. Further applications include bubble crinkle, pique, interlock, double pique, Miland rib, and thermal ribs.
5. The DTD-R/1.8F is a standard rib model that can provide (2 2) track ribs or (1 1) track ribs in a small feeder model.
