Textile instruments are specialized instruments used to test the performance of textiles. The development history of textile testing instruments in China is inseparable from several early established large companies: Wenzhou Darong, Ningbo Fangyi, and Shanghai Qianshi.
In 1965, Ningbo Textile Instrument Factory was established in Ningbo. After 50 years of development, Ningbo Textile Instrument has become a provider of textile testing instruments, textile laboratories, constant temperature and humidity laboratories, high-temperature aging rooms, clean rooms, sterile rooms, and computer communication rooms.
In 1988, Wenzhou Darong was established. Darong Textile Instruments is a textile testing instrument manufacturer located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, mainly producing physical performance textile testing instruments.
Wenzhou Darong is a drafting unit for GB standards, a member unit of AATCC and ASTM, a "standing director unit" of the China Textile Machinery and Equipment Industry Association, a "high-tech enterprise" of Zhejiang Province, and has won the "Scientific and Technological Innovation Demonstration Unit," "Key Enterprise," and "Model Organization" awards from the Wenzhou government.
Darong Instruments has gained significant market share at reasonable prices. After more than 20 years of development, the company has strong comprehensive strength in instrument types, production, and after-sales service.
In 2009, Shanghai Qianshi Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai as a subsidiary of Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Qianshi focuses on the research and development and production of textile testing instruments. Currently, the general agent of Shanghai Qianshi in China is Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., which is fully responsible for the sales of Qinsun instruments in China.
In 2009, Shanghai Qianshi Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. was established, entering the field of textile testing instruments and providing related solutions. It rapidly rose with the financial and resource support of Standard Group. Shanghai Qianshi not only independently researches and produces products such as color fastness, shrinkage rate, hydrostatic pressure resistance, button strength, zipper testing, tear strength, air permeability, warp and weft burning, pilling, rubbing fastness, wrinkle resistance, anti-snagging, and leather bending, but also continuously adapts to and follows the latest standards, widely applicable to GB, ISO, ASTM, AATCC, BS, EN, DIN, JIS, and other standards.
From 2010 to 2011, more than 10 technical R&D engineers with master's degrees or above and more than 5 senior industry experts were recruited. We successfully developed the first complete product line of textile testing instruments.
In 2012, we launched the high-temperature and humidity resistance tester and the MMT liquid moisture management tester.
In 2013, Shanghai Qianshi's products were widely used in domestic textile, quality inspection, fiber inspection, entry-exit inspection and quarantine, third-party testing companies, colleges and universities, and large domestic and foreign listed companies.
In 2014, the Qinsun brand was gradually introduced to the international market. Products from Shanghai Qianshi Textile Testing Technology Co., Ltd. are exported to more than 40 countries, including Vietnam, Indonesia, India, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
